Return & Refund Policy

At Harry & Sophie Toronto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, this policy explains our return process and conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been delivered and received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Items may be tried on for fitting purposes but must not be worn.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

Harry & Sophie Toronto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@harrysophietoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Send the item back using a secure shipping method at your own expense.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow up to 14 days after the return is approved for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Liability

  • Harry & Sophie Toronto is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before the order is processed.
